Terms of Service

Prosperity Corps is a non-profit corporation. The purpose of Prosperity Corps is to unite WISE members by providing a platform where they can proactively engage with each other; leading to increased business growth and opportunity for all WISE members and increased application of the Hubbard^® Administrative Technology.

Your membership fees support that cause, and help us provide a safe, secure, and functional environment where WISE members can connect.

Because we don’t know every one of our members personally however, we have to put in writing some Terms of Use for our platform.

Prosperity Corps is a WISE Charter Member, and is authorized by WISE, however Prosperity Corps is an independent corporation, and nothing in this platform should be construed as official statements or content from WISE. For more information on WISE, visit https://wise.org/.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Prosperity Corps website (“the Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your use of the Site is at your own risk. Prosperity Corps uses third party vendors and hosting providers to provide the necessary technology to support the site.

Prosperity Corps does not warrant that (i) the Service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

You expressly understand and agree that Prosperity Corps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Prosperity Corps has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Site; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Site; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Site; (v) or any other matter relating to the Site.

The failure of Prosperity Corps to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and Prosperity Corps and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Prosperity Corps (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Use).

2. Description of Service

Prosperity Corps is a social and business networking platform designed for business owners to connect, share information, and collaborate. Users may create profiles, share personal and business information, and interact with other members.

3. User Registration and Accounts

• Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Account Types: We offer both free and paid memberships. Paid memberships provide additional features and benefits.
• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their accounts.

For users who have signed up for a paid account, fees will automatically be billed monthly to the credit card provided at signup. Any upgrades or changes to membership fee will be charged upon activation. You may cancel your account at any time by choosing the cancellation option in your user profile. If you have any questions on billing or cancellation, please contact billing@prosperitycorps.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Some features of the Site, such as Job Posts, require additional payments which are collected at the time of purchase. These payments are not refundable once the feature or service has been delivered.

Prosperity Corps reserves the right to change the fees charged on the site. We will provide written notice to all members in advance of any such changes.

4. User-Generated Content

• Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant Prosperity Corps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Site, and to create derivative works from the content or summarize it for uses including but not limited to marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Prohibited Content: Users are prohibited from posting content that:
  • Is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Is pornographic, discriminatory, harassing, or harmful to any individual or group.
  • Disparages or is critical of other members.
  • Violates the Code of a WISE member.

Prosperity Corps reserves the right to remove any content which in our sole discretion we believe are in violation of the above points or are otherwise harmful or prohibited.

5. Transactions Between Members

While Prosperity Corps facilitates connections between members, any transactions for products or services are conducted outside the Site. Prosperity Corps disclaims all liability arising from such transactions. In the event that any dispute may arise between individuals or businesses who have connected via the Site, this may be addressed as outlined under Dispute Resolution below.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Prosperity Corps name and logos are registered trademarks of Prosperity Corps, LLC. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.

Grateful acknowledgement is made to L. Ron Hubbard Library for permission to reproduce selections from the copyrighted works of L. Ron Hubbard.

HUBBARD, LRH and SCIENTOLOGY are trademarks and are used pursuant to a licensing agreement.

WISE, PROSPERITY, the LIONESS AND CUBS symbol, MODEL OF ADMIN KNOW-HOW and MAKH are trademarks owned by WISE International and are used pursuant to a licensing agreement.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal and business information, including phone numbers, email addresses, employment history, and physical addresses. Our collection and use of this data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Prosperity Corps is not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites and disclaims liability for any harm arising from your use of them.

9. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to engage in positive and productive interactions. Prohibited behaviors include:

• Disparaging other members.
• Engaging in public personal conflicts.
• Posting content that is illegal, pornographic, discriminatory, harassing, or harmful.

Violations may result in content removal and/or account suspension or termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to content on the Site or between members must be referred to Prosperity Corps for resolution in accordance with WISE Charter Committee rules.

11. Modifications to Terms

Prosperity Corps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
